I met Brendan over 10 years ago (that feels so weird to say!) when we were still in high school, and found out recently that he and his wife live about 20 minutes away from us now! They’re expecting their first baby in January (!!!!) & I met them at a local horse farm for some maternity photos. There was some beautiful snow on the ground which made for the perfect backdrop (especially since it rained the next day and melted it all!). The horses were super curious about what we were doing and one horse kept nudging Jess’s belly, which was the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen. We were able to involve their sweet dog Goose in a few portraits and he was even patient enough to get his own solo shot! I cannot WAIT to meet their little one next month!!
