Every time we talked on the phone, there was some sort of large snowstorm going on, up until 2 weeks before their wedding, & it got to the point where we started questioning if the ceremony would even be outside!! However – Dwaine & Elizabeth were married on the prettiest Spring day at Inn at Pleasant Lake!! The snow *finally* started to melt a few days before & they were able to have their ceremony outside on the patio, surrounded by their closest friends & family. The sun made an appearance for the duration of the ceremony (so perfect!!) & the temperature stayed in the 40’s all day! Their personal vows were absolutely perfection – the right amount of laughter & sweetness. Elizabeth’s daughter walked her down the aisle (my favorite!) & Dwaine was absolutely beaming watching them walk towards him.
Elizabeth’s blush dress perfectly matched her Converse (which her daughter also wore!!), & their details were absolute perfection. Their florals were designed by Allioops (always a hit!) – but my favorite part was the chocolate table set up at the reception! Dwaine & Elizabeth’s portraits were full of laughter (you can totally see it!!) & although there were some SERIOUSLY chilly gusts of wind, they were total troopers.
Dwaine & Elizabeth, thank you so much for letting me capture your wedding day!! Your friends & family truly love you and you had the most perfect afternoon! Congratulations!!
