Classic Floral Lakeside Summer Wedding at Church Landing
Brooke and I first bonded on her consultation phone call back in December of 2018 (😱) over our shared love of Ossipee Lake and the fact that we were both getting married at Church Landing! She also grew up going to the lake and we ended up photographing their engagement session there. When she told me that Shaun wanted to incorporate a jet ski into their engagement session, I knew they were my kind of people 😂. We had such an amazing time and were absolutely pumped for their June 2020 wedding.
And then…Covid hit. These two were so graceful about postponing their wedding, all while Brooke was working as a Covid nurse. It has been the longest year ever waiting for this day, but it FINALLY came for them!! I literally can’t think of a couple who was more excited to get married – they both had huge grins on their faces all day long. From the sweetest first look with Brooke and her dad to an emotional first look with Brooke and Shaun, it was a wild rollercoaster of a day! I truly have never felt such joy at a wedding like I did on Friday. Brooke and Shaun are two of the most fun people I’ve ever met and I felt so honored to FINALLY be able to photograph their wedding day!! It’s been a long time coming, and it was the. best. day. Congratulations you two – I am SO, SO, SO happy for you!!
PS: peep those stunning shoes & the peonies from Brooke’s garden!!
