I thought I’d do it on a whim – enter the Shoot & Share contest this year. With over 110,000 photos entered, I never thought I’d ever get past the first few rounds.
So I’m sure that you can imagine my surprise when during the contest I started receiving emails like this:

WHAT!? When they released the results of the contest, we were all able to go onto our dashboard and see how our photos did. I literally shrieked when I saw my results:

I’m still in awe of the results! I never thought I would ever be considered & HOLY COW I ACTUALLY PLACED!! (You can tell I’m still excited about it 🙂 ) It can be hard to be your own boss sometimes & I know that I’m my worst critic – BUT it’s so rewarding to see things like this!! Just shows you what happens when you take a chance!
