Last month, I traveled to Las Vegas for WPPI (a national photography conference) & I met up with a few girlfriends from Ireland! I arrived late Saturday night and spent the next morning walking the Strip (yay for cross country time changes!). Also…early Sunday morning is the best time to walk around Vegas! There weren’t as many people around – although I definitely saw quite a few people drinking beers at 9 am.
One of my business goals this year was to shoot more film, so I grabbed my medium format film camera & walked around with it. If you’ve never been to Las Vegas before…it’s kind of dirty & a little trashy & very shiny. It looks gorgeous on film, though!! All of these shots were on a Mamiya 645 on a mix of Portra 400 & Fuji 400 & developed by The FIND Lab.
